Lotus versus the Dragon is an annual gathering of Lotus cars, taking over the Smoky Mountain region for three days every May. The Spring of 2023 was our inaugural event, and with its huge success, we are very excited about the future of these events! With the hardcore brand loyalty and enthusiast following, this event is tailored to the true Lotus driving enthusiast. The Great Smoky Mountains are home to some of the greatest roads in the world, and several roads in the area always make up the bucket-list drives list seen from numerous experts and publications. The area is most well known for the legendary Tail of the Dragon, but there are hundreds of miles of equally amazing drives like the Cherohala Skyway, Devil’s Triangle, Foothills Parkway, Hellbender, Blue Ridge Parkway, Moonshiner 28 and so many more.. This event is hosted by area locals that also own Smoky Mountain Drives, where we host more area driving events than anyone by far. Our vast knowledge of these roads, elite driving ability, and unmatched experience hosting area events makes us the leader among all event planners and guided drive services the Tail of the Dragon and Smoky Mountains has to offer.
